Who we are
Carved In Time is a UK-based keepsake service, currently in pre-launch. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for the information described below. Contact: hello@carvedintime.com.
What we collect
If you join our launch list, we collect the email address you give us. We do not ask for any other personal details at this stage. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (see “Cookies and tracking” below) that may collect standard technical information such as your device type and how you arrived at the page.
Why we use it
We use your email only to let you know when Carved In Time launches and to share related updates. We use analytics and advertising data to understand how many people are interested and to measure our advertising. Our lawful basis for both is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) only load after you accept them on our cookie banner. If you reject, they do not load. When you accept, limited data is shared with Meta and Google as our analytics and advertising providers. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until we launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@carvedintime.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to be removed from the list.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
